The gradual migration of rural population to cities is an inevitable result of the sustainable development of China's society and economy. Going out to work is not only a personal behavior of farmers in line with this historical trend,and in the present moment,it is also an important measure to win the battle against poverty. Xundian Yi and Hui Autonomous County is located in the northeast of Yunnan Province. It is one of the key counties in China's poverty alleviation and development work. Through the implementation of special measures to increase labor income,a total of 125 611 rural laborers were employed from 2014 to 2018,and as a result,a large number of farmers have been lifted out of poverty. However,under this model,the transfer of a large number of rural laborers also has an impact on the utilization of contracted land of migrant households,mainly demonstrated by land abandonment,decline in land use efficiency and decline in land productivity,which are not conducive to the sustainable use and protection of land resources. To this end,based on field research,this article analyzes the changes in the utilization of land of migrant households under the poverty alleviation model of working outside,as well as their impact. In addition,the questionnaire survey of the registered poverty-stricken households show that the area and productivity of land owned by households with migrant workers are on a downward trend compared to those before and those of households without migrant workers. Land transfer is a feasible means to solve this problem and to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and sustainable use of land resources. It is suggested that great attention should be paid to the contract and management issue of land left by migrant households,establishment of efficient guarantee mechanism,improvement of land utilization and promotion of saving and intensive use of land resources to bring the land resources to their proper value.

The modes and approaches of promoting the implementation of strategy for rural revitalization based on agricultural science and technology commissioner system were studied by taking Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example. The relevant modes and approaches were summarized,such as giving full play to the expertise of science and technology commissioners to promote the prosperity of rural industries,promoting ecological livable construction based on modern agricultural science and technology,promoting rural civilization based on agricultural science and technology,and promoting the construction of rural good governance based on advanced productivity. Besides,agricultural science and technology commissioners use the three elements of " people,technology,and money" to promote the enhancement of agricultural efficiency,farmers' income,and the prosperity of life and then the coordinated development of rural revitalization.

At present,there are many problems in the self-circular development model of " land transfer-real estate development-land financeurban sprawl" in China. The endogenous power of policy implementation is insufficient,the top-level design is not systematic enough,the departmental linkage mechanism is flawed,the local basic data is weak,and there are difficulties in technical operation. According to the current situation,this paper puts forward the following policy suggestions: based on the establishment of financial transfer payment mechanism in rural areas,the construction of the system of man,land and money should be promoted in coordination,and a scientific monitoring system of urbanization degree should be established,so as to make up for the deficiency of the slow speed of " man urbanization" and make the new urbanization healthy and sustainable.

Land use regionalization is a strategic measure for the rational use,management and protection of land resources based on local conditions. Based on the needs of targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategy and the analysis on the natural and socioeconomic conditions,characteristics of land resources,and the current status of land use in Luquan County,corresponding regionalization indices were selected from four aspects: economic environment conditions,socioeconomic conditions,land resources and land use structure,and poverty alleviation and development level,a scientific and feasible index system for land use regionalization was constructed,and land use in Luquan County was regionalized by using systematic cluster analysis method. The results show that the 16 townships( towns) of Luquan County were divided into four land use regions,poverty alleviation region for development of new town and characteristic industries in the southwest( I),agricultural development and ecological poverty alleviation region in central mountainous area( II),poverty alleviation region for development of characteristic agriculture and tourism towns in eastern plateau mountainous area( III),and poverty alleviation region for development of characteristic industries and protection of land economy in the northern alpine valley area( IV). In addition,suggestions were put forward for the rational use of land in each region.

Conducting a third-party assessment on targeted poverty alleviation can effectively avoid the disadvantage that local government plays as both athlete( i. e. performer of poverty alleviation work) and referee( i. e. referee for poverty alleviation effect) in poverty alleviation to ensure the truth of poverty alleviation,and therefore,it is an important part of the work to win the battle against poverty. Since 2016,the thirdparty assessment teams from colleges and universities for targeted poverty alleviation have achieved good results and performance in the assessment on both the effectiveness of targeted poverty alleviation work and the exit of poor counties in China,and they have made due contributions to the cause of poverty alleviation. However,as a new thing,third-party assessment obviously has some problems,mainly including the following: subjective understanding on the long-term nature of rural poverty alleviation is insufficient,and there is a lack of long-term considerations and related mechanism for third-party assessment; affected by policies and institutions,most of the existing third-party assessment teams from colleges and universities have not regarded third-party assessment of targeted poverty alleviation as a cause,and they lack the motivation to actively study the assessment business; and the third-party assessment staff from colleges and universities for targeted poverty alleviation have low stability and high mobility,not conducive to the long-term construction of assessment teams. In order to establish long-term poverty alleviation and prevention mechanisms,these issues must be addressed squarely and relevant countermeasures need to be taken actively to effectively build a long-term mechanism for building third-party assessment teams from colleges and universities for targeted poverty alleviation.

To study the effects of straw utilization methods on dry matter production and yield of japonica rice in northern China,taking the super japonica rice Shennong 265 as the test material,using the planting method of seedling transplanting,setting four treatments,namely,the conventional production,directly returning straws to field( 6 t/ha),returning straws to field at low amount of biochar( 2 t/ha) and returning straws to field at high amount of biochar( 40 t/ha),this paper analyzed the changes in production and yield of super japonica rice Shennong265. According to the experimental results,compared with the conventional production,after the straws were directly returned to the field,the dry matter accumulation of japonica rice was insufficient,and the leaf output rate and contribution rate were significantly reduced by 41. 19%and 34. 69%,respectively; the number of filled grains per panicle,1 000-grain weight,and panicles per plant showed negative effect,leading to a decline in the yield; under the condition of returning straws to field at high amount of biochar,the dry matter accumulation showed a decline trend,both the leaf and stem sheath significantly reduced by 21. 41% and 17. 43%,and the number of filled grains per panicle also declined; under the condition of returning straws to field at low amount of biochar,the dry matter accumulation increased,and the leaf contribution rate increased by 11. 68%,the number of filled grains per panicle,1 000-grain weight,and panicles per plant showed positive effect,showing the potential of yield increase. In conclusion,returning suitable straw biochar to field( 2 t/ha) is favorable for promoting the japonica rice production in northern China.

In this paper,the atomic fluorescence( AFS-9760) method used for the determination of total arsenic in soil was verified based on three national quality control samples GSS-8,GSS-25,and GSF-3. Under the conditions of negative pressure of 270 V,carrier gas flow of 300 m L/min,and shield flow of 1 000 m L/min,the detection limit of the method was 0. 009 2 mg/kg; the precision of GSS-8,GSS-25,and GSF-3 was 3. 96%,1. 47% and 1. 08%,and the accuracy was 3. 07%,2. 13%,2. 93% respectively. In addition,the matters needing attention during this experiment,such as reagent factor,instrument conditions,calibration curve,etc.,were summarized. It provides certain reference for the determination of total arsenic content in soil by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.

This experiment was carried out to study the possibility of producing germinating seeds of bitter gourd( Momordica charamtia L.)in the climatic conditions of Europe. Seeds of Indian cultivar‘Nana'were sown in the greenhouse and produced transplants were planted on the field. The plants were cultivated in the field in 2 ways: tied to the sticks or creeping on the ground. During the vegetation,the ripen fruits with seeds were collected 6 times,and after extracting,they were germinated in the laboratory following the routine ISTA rules. The best transplants of bitter gourd were received within one month from the seeds emerging 51. 8%. The transplant of bitter gourd had average height of7 cm,3-4 leaves,out of which the biggest had the width of 5 cm. Such transplants would grow into fruiting plants. When growing bitter gourd for seeds,the earliest fruits were harvested from the plants tied to the sticks. Moreover,the best seeds were harvested from 2/3 of early fruits.For the purpose of seed production,it is recommended to keep only 3-4 fruits per plant and remove other fruits. The produced seeds germinated from 8% to 24%. If the plants were tied to the sticks,their fruits ripened earlier. The used production way and time of harvest of fruits had no effect on the seed germination. The cultivation methods of bitter gourd plants had no effect on the chemical components of fruits.

Taking the course Introduction to Land Engineering as an example,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the teaching effects of traditional teaching method and task-driven teaching method. The results show that the task-driven teaching method is more suitable for the teaching task of land engineering,the students' learning effect is remarkable,and the degree of realization of teaching goal is high.
